Requirements

  • Field-based role requiring residence in the Central US region (e.g., Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky) with easy access to a national airport
  • Ability to serve as primary field-based point of contact for certified CARVYKTI® Treatment Centers
  • Expertise in CAR-T Cell Therapy, particularly CARVYKTI® product utilization, order management, operations, and logistics
  • Strong commitment to customer experience and operational efficiencies in pharmaceutical oncology account management
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (primarily Chicago-based but covering multiple states)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for certified CARVYKTI® Treatment Centers for all operational items related to their CARVYKTI® program
  • Work closely with treatment center stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies and maximize access for appropriate patients
  • Advise sites on order management, operations, logistics, processes, policies, and protocols supporting CARVYKTI® order fulfillment
  • Facilitate successful CARVYKTI® product utilization by resolving day-to-day logistics and issues
  • Collaborate with the CARVYKTI® Order Specialist Team to support certified sites
  • Uphold high standards of service as the face of Johnson & Johnson Oncology CAR-T utilization to treatment centers
  • Identify and advise on opportunities to enhance treatment centers' operational effectiveness and efficiency
