  • Source, engage, and follow up with students, graduates, and experienced professionals interested in coaching and events
  • Help candidates understand and sign up for seminars, webinars, bite-size coaching, or full career coaching programmes
  • Handle outreach, messaging, and building a candidate funnel that converts
  • Track responses, spot trends, and bring insights back to the team
  • Be the front-line voice of Level Up—speaking clearly, persuasively, and with confidence
