Source, engage, and follow up with students, graduates, and experienced professionals interested in coaching and events

Handle outreach, messaging, and building a candidate funnel that converts
Track responses, spot trends, and bring insights back to the team
Be the front-line voice of Level Up—speaking clearly, persuasively, and with confidence
