Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new opportunities for non-prototypical store locations
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential new store locations
  • Evaluate sites based on demographic data, traffic patterns, competitive landscape, and economic trends
  • Oversee feasibility studies to assess viability and potential profitability of new store locations
  • Manage all aspects of site acquisition process, including site identification, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution
  • Develop and maintain project timelines to meet milestones within budget
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate professionals
  • Oversee drafting and review of contracts
  • Manage budget and conduct financial analysis to support site selection and lease negotiation
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, market conditions, and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, agreements, and project documentation
