Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budget process by setting targets with business partners and aligning divisional goals based on market dynamics and historical performance
  • Manage P&L results through monthly forecasts and business reviews, proactively analyzing trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending plans to achieve financial targets
  • Lead the long-range planning process by creating operational strategies based on trends and planned changes
  • Partner with the business to identify enablers for goal achievement and develop alternatives to address risks or gaps
  • Support strategic projects by providing ROI analysis and prioritizing investments based on strategic importance
  • Identify and implement process improvements across financial systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity in execution
  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and strategy for key business areas; partner with business leaders to drive profitable growth, manage P&L, and ensure financial efficiency; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
