Responsibilities

  • Monitors and remediates data accuracy and integrity issues for core Real Estate data (location, vendor), documentation, SAP interface, and third-party sales data
  • Oversees implementation of change management strategies for process and technology changes
  • Leads process improvement efforts to drive operational efficiency and system/process adoption
  • Updates and maintains process and training documentation in central repositories for stakeholders
  • Manages daily operations of Tririga support for CM module, focusing on real estate and special projects
  • Conducts periodic reviews of Tririga support incidents to identify system enhancements, resolves error logs, and coordinates system changes
  • Manages Utilities payments, Capturis exception reports, utility vendor changes, and utility account setup/closure
  • Serves as point of contact for escalations and disconnection notices
  • Provides oversight for anti-corruption and compliance requirements related to internal/external audits
  • Identifies and communicates risks associated with non-compliance and process/system failures
  • Performs variance analysis on project performance, elaborates on trends and risks
