Responsibilities

  • Oversees workplace investigations focused on harassment, discrimination, and Code of Conduct issues
  • Ensures cases are assigned, investigated, reviewed, and concluded in an appropriate and timely manner, applying Walmart policy and applicable legislation
  • Conducts investigations on an as-needed basis
  • Case manages high volume of investigations, ensuring compliance with laws and policies
  • Supports team in prioritizing/managing formal investigations, including written communications and policy analysis
  • Develops and delivers training for new investigators and managers
  • Reports on trends and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
  • Builds and maintains templates for specific investigation types
  • Maintains professional reputation for neutrality and trustworthiness
