Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage forecasting, order management, and import processes for efficient, cost-effective operations, high in-stock levels, and on-time fulfillment
  • Manage order resolution for fulfillment network partners, ensuring on-time, accurate, damage-free customer order fulfillment
  • Analyze sales forecasts and create customized reporting for vendor partners
  • Manage promotional and regular sales forecasts
  • Facilitate end-of-month financial close processes, audit invoices, and prepare expense approval forms
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with financial teams and vendors
  • Manage vendor accountability on fill rates, lead times, and in-stock levels
  • Generate vendor forecasts and hold vendor meetings to communicate future merchandise demand
  • Coordinate new vendor onboarding with category managers and create fulfillment test orders to validate capabilities
  • Participate in projects to implement new systems and processes for improved operational results
  • Support development, execution, and improvement of action plans with expert advice and guidance
  • Model compliance with company policies, support mission/values/ethics, and build stakeholder relationships to identify needs and implement solutions
