Support the Recruiting team in identifying, interviewing, and hiring interns and new graduates into Trading teams
Deliver exceptional candidate management
Be thoughtful about the strategy behind the recruitment approach
Facilitate interviews
Maintain real-time updates in the applicant tracking system
Assist with various recruitment events
Help plan, improve, and run the internship program and in-house programs
