Responsibilities

  • Design and lead Distyl’s campus recruiting strategy
  • Plan and execute all campus events including career fairs, information sessions, hackathons, and networking events
  • Develop scalable early talent programs such as internship pipelines, new graduate hiring tracks, and rotational programs
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify early talent needs and deliver candidate pipelines
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
  • Leverage data and recruiting tools to track performance metrics and optimize the campus recruiting process
  • Champion Distyl’s employer brand across campuses
