Requirements
- 5 years of experience in campus or university recruiting
- Willingness to travel 30% to universities and events outside of New York City
- Proven success working with top universities and early talent programs
- Strong project management skills, highly organized, detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to use recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, Gem, Handshake, LinkedIn)

Responsibilities
- Design and lead Distyl’s campus recruiting strategy
- Plan and execute all campus events including career fairs, information sessions, hackathons, and networking events
- Develop scalable early talent programs such as internship pipelines, new graduate hiring tracks, and rotational programs
- Partner with hiring managers to identify early talent needs and deliver candidate pipelines
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
- Leverage data and recruiting tools to track performance metrics and optimize the campus recruiting process
- Champion Distyl’s employer brand across campuses
