Requirements

  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations or a related B2B role
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing automation and integration tools such as Marketo, Workato
  • Proven ability to execute complex campaigns with precision and consistency
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for creating scalable systems and a service-oriented mindset toward stakeholders
  • Familiarity and/or an interest in exploring and applying AI-driven marketing programs and use cases to enhance MOps effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across Marketo, Bizzabo, AEM, and ON24, ensuring flawless delivery and optimization
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver campaigns that meet timelines, goals, and quality standards
  • Use Workato, AI tools, and automation to streamline and scale recurring campaign tasks
  • Build, test, and launch campaign programs including Marketo programs, event pages, emails, and landing pages with rigorous QA and data integrity checks
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce errors, accelerate execution, and enhance stakeholder experience
  • Connect and automate workflows across the MarTech stack (lead routing, data syncs, cloning, reporting) to drive measurable efficiency
  • Maintain clear documentation, onboarding materials, and SOPs for automated workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues across platforms to ensure seamless integrations and campaign performance
  • Act as the primary AEM subject matter expert to build, publish, and troubleshoot campaign landing pages, and support and train stakeholders on best practices for using the platform
