Requirements

  • 4-6 years in campaign management, project management, or production within marketing, brand, or creative environments
  • Proven track record managing and delivering multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution
  • Background in fast-moving, high-growth companies or supporting international brand expansion is highly valued
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with strong attention to detail
  • Experience building scalable systems, toolkits, and processes that work across different markets
  • Solid understanding of integrated campaign mechanics across various channels and formats

Responsibilities

  • Run campaigns from brief to launch
  • Take campaign concepts and turn them into detailed project plans with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables
  • Coordinate between brand, creative, product, growth, and any external partners to keep everyone moving in the same direction
  • Manage production workflows—from content creation to asset delivery across digital, social, events, and any other channels
  • Keep track of what's happening, what's next, and what needs attention
  • Roll up your sleeves to create assets, adapt materials, or handle production work when the team needs support
  • Contribute ideas during campaign planning
  • Understand our brand, audience, and goals well enough to make smart decisions independently
  • Spot opportunities to improve campaigns or try new things, and suggest them
  • Build campaign toolkits and systems that make it easy for new markets to launch quickly and consistently
  • Create scalable templates, guidelines, and asset libraries that work across different regions
  • Find smart, efficient ways to localize campaigns—balancing global consistency with local relevance
  • Work with regional teams to understand their needs and set them up for success with the right materials and processes
  • Build and maintain project timelines that actually work
  • Run regular check-ins with teams to flag blockers early and keep momentum going
  • Manage campaign budgets and make sure we're spending smart
  • Create clear briefs, status updates, and documentation so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Spot bottlenecks and suggest ways to work more efficiently
  • Set up simple systems and processes that help campaigns run smoother
  • Work with the team to track what's working (and what's not) so we can learn and improve
  • Bring a calm, solutions-focused energy when things get hectic
