Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of years of experience (3-5 years specifically in promotions, marketing planning, or campaign management)
  • Proven track record in executing successful promotional initiatives that drive measurable business impact
  • Experience working in fast-paced industries, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or multinational organizations
  • Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, including experience with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and sales enablement strategies
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop data-driven promotional strategies and assess their effectiveness
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop fresh and engaging promotional ideas tailored to target audiences
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and respond to shifting business needs
  • Certifications in digital marketing, project management (e.g., PMP), or CRM tools are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data-driven promotional campaigns aimed at increasing sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
  • Develop and maintain a promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales strategies
  • Optimize promotions based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of promotions
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, ensuring messaging consistency and brand alignment
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support promotional campaigns
  • Track and analyze promotional performance using key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement
  • Generate post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Continuously assess and improve promotional strategies to enhance effectiveness
