Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience with Capital Market systems such as Calypso, Murex, Kondor+, or Summit (advantage)
  • Strong domain knowledge of capital markets with exposure to multiple asset classes (securities and derivatives)
  • Business analysis skills and proven experience in operations or product lifecycle management
  • Coordination and project management experience within a structured framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing ability
  • High level of autonomy, proactiveness, and curiosity
  • Strong written and spoken English (international environment)
  • Knowledge of Static Data, Trade Data, Market Data, Trade Capture, Workflow creation (Trade, Transfer, Messages) (bonus)
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all functional aspects of Calypso change projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including investigation and resolution of complex issues
  • Analyze business and user requirements, propose efficient solutions, and validate user needs
  • Prepare functional specifications and support development/configuration activities
  • Identify dependencies and coordinate with other teams and third-party vendors when required
  • Create and execute test plans, coordinate UAT testing, and update system documentation
  • Report progress within and outside the team, liaising with IT, users, project sponsors, business analysts, and project managers
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, suggest new technical practices, and drive process improvements
