The Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative will provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center, assessing issues and providing first-level support for problem resolution. They will document information related to resolutions and escalate unresolved issues expeditiously, recognize operational challenges, and suggest recommendations to management.
