What is the pay for this Call Center Rep position?

The pay range for this role is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, and call center experience (3+ years preferred). Experience in medical claim processing and bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

The role requires working 40 hours per week with available shifts: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm ET, or 11:00 am EST – 8:00pm EST.
