Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the CalAIM Community Supports program
  • Manage intake, authorizations, scheduling, and service delivery
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and quality initiatives
  • Track program performance, productivity, and growth metrics
  • Act as liaison with MCOs (CalOptima, Molina, Health Net, IEHP)
  • Maintain relationships with health plans and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with payer standards and support audits and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to CalAIM regulations and clinical standards
  • Maintain accurate program reporting and documentation
  • Implement updates based on DHCS and MCO policy changes
  • Lead operational reporting on hours, utilization, and retention
  • Monitor progress toward performance and growth goals
