Responsibilities

  • Supervise the team across prepared foods departments (café, rotisserie, prepared foods) by facilitating rotations, managing member needs, communicating goals, and executing company programs
  • Maintain expertise in floor and backroom operations, ensuring company and regulatory standards for quality, inventory, production, sanitation, safety, and compliance
  • Manage production seasonality, prioritize time between areas, understand new products/recipes/processes, and share knowledge/train the team
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, and make immediate business decisions
  • Drive business results through operational excellence, profitability planning, maintaining neat/clean/safe work areas, appropriate staffing, and accurate audits/compliance
  • Produce and display merchandise per layout plan, engage with other departments and third-party partners for operational continuity
  • Teach/train team by identifying needs, developing skills for high-quality products, encouraging career growth, and sourcing talent
  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes/practices to meet business needs by collaborating, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; assist with corrections using Open Door Policy
  • Lead/participate in teams by sharing resources, determining priorities, coordinating assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability to change
