Responsibilities

  • Vérifier la disponibilité et la conformité des moyens nécessaires et alerter la hiérarchie en cas d’anomalies
  • Comprendre les données d’entrée (avant-projets, concepts préliminaires, schémas, besoins de prototypage) et identifier outils, technologies et process selon les règles de l’art (BMS)
  • Réaliser les activités de câblage sur ensembles câblés, harnais simples/complexes, torons, cartes électroniques, maquettes/prototypes, retouches, brasage, collages, connexions, sertissage
  • Vérifier en auto-contrôle la conformité des équipements fabriqués/modifiés, avec outils spécifiques
  • Réaliser des opérations de maquettage de câbles dans cartes, coffrets, véhicules, baies, missiles, en adaptant modes opératoires
  • Collecter et comprendre données d’entrée pour prototypage
  • Investiguer pannes, apprécier causes et identifier actions correctives
  • Contrôler réalisations d’ensembles électroniques produits à l’externe
  • Accompagner chefs de mission chez clients/partenaires/sous-traitants (France/étranger) pour câblage et rédiger compte rendu d’intervention
  • Proposer actions d’amélioration de l’environnement de travail
  • Former nouveaux arrivants et transmettre connaissances
  • Maintenir propre et rangé l’environnement de travail selon standards
