The position offers a monthly salary system with evaluations and salary revisions twice a year in January and July, and bonuses twice a year at the same time.

This is an in-house position at the Tokyo head office with no transfers and minimal business trips, including flextime with a core time from 10:00 to 15:00.

Required experience includes 3+ years in industrial equipment electrical work, electrical wiring, or electrical maintenance in FA factories. Welcome qualifications are Second-Class Electrician license, Third-Class Electrical Chief Engineer license, AutoCAD experience, and industrial robot handling experience.
