Responsibilities

  • Develop transformation vision
  • Assess vision feasibility and capability gaps
  • Plan journey management
  • Present the Transformation Journey to internal or probable client
  • Perform analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Interact with direct supervisor, team leads, peers, and management levels at client and/or within Accenture
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance
  • Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams
  • Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
