Requirements

  • Six or more years in business systems architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior technical design roles
  • Deep understanding of GTM, Finance, and People systems (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Gainsight, iPaaS platforms) and how they interact
  • Experience designing or implementing AI driven workflows, automation frameworks, or agent based systems
  • Strong grounding in integration patterns, data modeling, system reliability, and scalable automation
  • Ability to translate business requirements into elegant, long lasting architecture
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, BizTech, RevOps, Data, and executive stakeholders
  • Curiosity, experimental mindset, and the desire to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape
  • A bias for action paired with a high bar for technical depth and clarity

Responsibilities

  • Architect the end to end business systems landscape, integrating our core platforms with AI powered automation and agent workflows
  • Design the technical foundation for our AI layer, including headless agents, interactive agents, vertical domain agents, and orchestration patterns
  • Build frameworks for how Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Gainsight, and Data flow into and out of AI models and decision engines
  • Partner with GTM, CS, Finance, People, and Data teams to identify high impact jobs to be done and translate them into system and AI enabled solutions
  • Lead architecture reviews and solution design for high stakes initiatives, ensuring choices are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with our long term vision
  • Create standards, patterns, and governance for automation, integrations, and system to system data flows
  • Build documentation, diagrams, and architectural blueprints that clarify how humans, systems, and AI work together
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership on how AI can accelerate Notion’s operations, reduce manual work, and create differentiated internal capabilities
