Requirements

Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst will lead the collection and management of mission user needs, facilitating the gathering of business-focused requirements to support product teams and product owners in defining the backlog and ensuring user perspectives are considered. They will focus on improving usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement, identifying core business needs and documenting them through concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories. Additionally, the analyst will provide consultation on complex projects, considering business implications, and comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents to solve complex problems.
