Requirements

  • Competence in meeting with business clients to discuss application changes related to enterprise initiatives, compliance, contracts, or BAU
  • Participation in design discussions and documenting/delivering functional specifications
  • Ability to coordinate and provide estimates for moderately complex to complex projects, including timelines and phases
  • Expertise as subject matter expert advising on application impacts from enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Experience working with vendors to understand project functionality and provide implementation insights
  • Capability to act as Test Coordinator for large projects involving multiple applications
  • Proficiency in data mapping for system integrations, conversions, and acquisition projects
  • Ability to work with testing teams to prepare test plans/scripts and manage/execute test cases
  • Skills in monitoring specifications and change requests to ensure scope, regulatory compliance, business requirements, and standards adherence
  • Knowledge of Company's risk, regulatory standards, policies, and processes
  • Ability to coordinate post-implementation activities, including feedback, issue resolution, and debriefs

Responsibilities

  • Prepare well-documented functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and execute test cases for assigned projects
  • Conduct research analysis of moderately complex data to ensure accurate functional design
  • Mentor less experienced staff in application training, research analysis, and project methodology
  • Serve as functional lead on moderately complex projects, scheduling and facilitating team meetings
  • Meet with business clients to discuss and understand specifications for application changes
  • Participate in meetings with lines of business to identify UI/UX requirements and provide feedback
  • Review business requirements with technology team for project understanding
  • Coordinate and provide estimates for projects, including timelines and phases
  • Consult and advise as SME on application impacts from enterprise initiatives
  • Work with vendors to understand functionality and provide implementation insights
  • Act as Test Coordinator for large multi-application projects
  • Participate in and document data mapping for integrations, conversions, and acquisitions
  • Work with testing teams to prepare test plans/scripts and manage/execute test cases
  • Monitor functional specifications and change requests for scope, compliance, and standards
  • Ensure adherence to Bank processes, documentation, Corporate Technology standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure efficient resolution of testing/implementation issues, documenting and reporting as required
  • Coordinate post-implementation: gather feedback, resolve issues, complete debriefs (actual vs. plan for time/financials)
  • Adhere to Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies
