Lead the discovery, evaluation, selection, and implementation of new SaaS applications and IT systems, ensuring they align with business needs and company-wide objectives
Develop and present comprehensive reports, business cases, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Finance, Legal, and technical operations teams, during the procurement and implementation of new solutions
Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and ensuring they deliver expected business value
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices
Promote the effective use of existing and new technologies across business units to maximize value and solve business problems
Maintain a solid understanding of security best practices for SaaS environments and ensure all solutions adhere to company policies
