  • Lead the discovery, evaluation, selection, and implementation of new SaaS applications and IT systems, ensuring they align with business needs and company-wide objectives
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports, business cases, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Finance, Legal, and technical operations teams, during the procurement and implementation of new solutions
  • Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and ensuring they deliver expected business value
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Promote the effective use of existing and new technologies across business units to maximize value and solve business problems
  • Maintain a solid understanding of security best practices for SaaS environments and ensure all solutions adhere to company policies
