  • Manage operations for key business applications supporting agile development activities
  • Plan and implement change for Agile tools using business-defined change management process
  • Lead training and Communities of Practice to support and educate agile teams on tools
  • Manage process documentation for supported applications and tools
  • Evaluate business problems and potential solutions to determine the most effective approach
  • Document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Drive process innovations and maintain a continuous improvement mindset
