Manage operations for key business applications supporting agile development activities
Plan and implement change for Agile tools using business-defined change management process
Lead training and Communities of Practice to support and educate agile teams on tools
Manage process documentation for supported applications and tools
Evaluate business problems and potential solutions to determine the most effective approach
Document detailed business and technical requirements
Drive process innovations and maintain a continuous improvement mindset
