Responsibilities

  • Partners with managers, BUHR partners, and agencies to schedule all contractor/temporary employee interviews
  • Partners with managers to help support the full contractor/temporary employee life cycle (scheduling interviews, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
  • Manages, tracks, and organizes all contractor/temporary employee files
  • Supports the BSS Team with onboarding tasks
  • Assists with regular employee file audits (job descriptions and resumes)
  • Manages and maintains monthly monitor slides for the Santa Clara site
  • Creates and is responsible to maintain purchase orders
  • Provides onsite assistance to the BSS supporting the Direct Labor group
  • Coordinates catering for client and office meetings
  • Accurately tracks and reconciles HR related expenses on a monthly basis
  • Professionally communicates, escalates, and follows up on employee inquiries
  • Creates and posts flyers to advertise for company events and activities
  • Responsible for organizing the HR storage room and conducting regular inventory counts
  • Organizes and distributes mail and packages
  • Other duties as assigned
