Responsibilities

This Business Process Professional will lead projects and collaborate with various groups to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, analyze, design, and implement business processes within Hexagon EAM to drive efficiency and innovation, work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, utilize expertise in Hexagon EAM to help the company make data-driven decisions and improve overall performance, lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective solutions, manage backlog of projects, collaborate with business owners and IT to prioritize and develop roadmaps for existing software applications, initiate and perform business process reviews, make recommendations for improvements and/or changes to resolve deficiencies, analyze effectiveness and efficiency of systems and develop strategies for improvement of business processes, identify business problems or management objectives that can be addressed through data analysis and provide guidance for data quality enhancements, independently develop and maintain business intelligence analyses in support of strategic initiatives, provide guidance and instruction to lower-level professionals to build analyses, recommend and assist with implementing data governance solutions, maintain and encourage strong working relationships with business partners, IT stakeholders, consultants and vendors to achieve success on initiatives, and coach, review and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
