  • Minimum 3 years of experience (overall 4 years of relevant professional experience preferred)
  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Must have hospitality skills: hands-on/process/functional knowledge in hotel/hospitality/aviation/travel (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent collaboration skills: project management and coordination with external/internal global stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills: spoken and written English proficiency with global stakeholders
  • Should have any one: data skills (2+ years in migration/transformation), analysis/functional skills (2+ years as consultant/analyst), or change management experience (2+ years in business transformation)
  • Nice to have: experience in application transformation projects
  • Good to have: NA (North America) skills
  • Willingness to work in Bangalore (primary), Gurgaon (secondary), and US/EMEA shifts

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, and improve workflows; identify inefficiencies and propose optimization solutions
  • Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
  • Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time
  • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, define future state/business solutions; research, gather, and synthesize information
  • Engage with target stakeholders to build rapport and trust for upcoming change
  • Act as primary go-to-person and liaison for stakeholders with other experts/teams
  • Manage change with stakeholders: enable/guide them, manage risks, resolve issues, hold accountable
  • Enable users with understanding of relevant tools and processes
  • Assist users in timely completion of change management tasks
  • Review and ensure accuracy/quality of change tasks
  • Triage process/system issues and seek help promptly
  • Monitor and report health of change; escalate when needed
  • Analyze repeat questions/issues/learnings and suggest best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, knowledge, and tools
