Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications
Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create process blueprints, and ensure functional needs are met
Engage in quality management reviews to validate designs adhere to standards and metrics
Educate stakeholders to foster understanding of implemented processes
