Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Service Management (Must-Have)
In-depth knowledge of Service Management, FSM, FSAM, and APM
Strong proficiency in Asset Management
Solid understanding of S/4HANA Service Management and its integration with FSM
Experience in Asset Performance Management and Service and Asset Manager
Experience in project initiation, requirements gathering, data migration, and cutover activities
15 years full-time education

Responsibilities

Analyze and design new business processes and create documentation to guide implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Service Management
Collaborate with and lead teams to ensure successful project execution
Conduct and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and stakeholder feedback
Develop detailed documentation outlining business processes, requirements, and best practices
Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and identify process improvement opportunities
Utilize advanced process mapping and documentation techniques
Communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
Demonstrate familiarity with established project management methodologies
