Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Proficiency in SME S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Service Management (must-have skill)
15 years full-time education
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and process efficiencies
Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Good knowledge in Service Management, FSM, FSAM, APM
Experience in project kick-off and requirements gathering
Data Migration and Cutover experience
Strong proficiency in Asset Management
Good knowledge in S/4HANA Service Management and Integration with FSM, Asset Performance Management, and Service and Asset Manager

Responsibilities

Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Act as SME in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Service Management
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders
Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure implementation of new technologies aligns with business objectives
