Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides implementation of new processes and technologies
  • Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
  • Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
  • Be responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business strategy
  • Facilitate discussions to identify opportunities for improvement and work with teams to implement solutions enhancing operational efficiency
