Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and execution of high priority projects
  • Solve cross-functional problems
  • Support the leadership team in enabling rhythm of business to individual performance for Ninja Van Philippines
  • Orient organizational growth towards a shared direction
  • Hone effectiveness in communications, operational excellence, knowledge management, and process improvement
  • Partner with Regional, Country management, and Planning teams to manage annual corporate strategic planning
  • Lead development of KPIs
  • Engage country management stakeholders through education and engagement
  • Manage progress and timelines of key initiatives across Ninja Van PH
  • Deliver on Core Operations pillar: data management for KPIs/business metrics, program implementation, and governance
  • Deliver on Knowledge Management & Optimisation pillar: strengthen internal policies and build advocacy through education and engagement
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships aligned to country’s strategy and goals
