Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A Master’s degree is a plus but not required. Candidates with equivalent practical experience and strong analytical skills will also be considered
Proven experience in a similar role is a plus

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
Strong problem-solving skills, with initiative and sound judgment

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in exploring digital tools to drive efficiency

Responsibilities

Support business development and operational projects in line with growth plans, particularly in Digital Physiology
Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
Provide support in acquisition and integration processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, product, operations, and science) to gather information, support initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of projects
Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and supporting implementation of changes
Assist with reporting and analytics, preparing summaries that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities
Provide support during system and process changes, including documentation, testing, and communication with stakeholders
Represent the company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, streamlining processes and improving efficiency
Support long-range business operations initiatives through research and data preparation
