Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A Master’s degree is a plus but not required. Candidates with equivalent practical experience and strong analytical skills will also be considered
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and go-get mentality
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with initiative and sound judgment
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the necessary discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in exploring digital tools to drive efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with different teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities
  • A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Support business development and operational projects in line with growth plans, particularly in Digital Physiology
  • Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Provide support in acquisition and integration processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, product, operations, and science) to gather information, support initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and supporting implementation of changes
  • Assist with reporting and analytics, preparing summaries that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide support during system and process changes, including documentation, testing, and communication with stakeholders
  • Represent the company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, streamlining processes and improving efficiency
  • Support long-range business operations initiatives through research and data preparation
