The role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a bias for follow-through and execution, and the ability to act as a self-starter who can create roadmaps when none exist. Experience collaborating across product and engineering teams is also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Principal will partner with the Head of Pro to drive operational clarity, cross-functional execution, and continuous improvement across Spot Trading, Margin, Derivatives, and Exchange & Infrastructure. Key responsibilities include building operating rhythms, reviews, and forums to ensure organizational alignment and focus on priorities. This role involves leading and delivering critical cross-functional projects, supporting leadership decision-making through issue framing and KPI tracking, and maintaining systems for reporting, business reviews, and roadmap coordination. The Principal will also partner with leadership to scope and launch new initiatives, contribute to high-impact strategic materials, act as the first point of intake for inbound requests, and identify and propose improvements to operational bottlenecks for increased efficiency.
