Requirements

  • MBA student entering final year of study
  • Prior professional experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, finance, analytics, or a related field
  • Comfortable with data analysis and financial modeling
  • Experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights and tell a compelling story
  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented—able to connect the dots at a strategic level
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Excited about GoFundMe’s mission and motivated to make a measurable impact on growth
  • Available for 10-week internship from May 27th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026, based in San Francisco, CA (onsite three days per week)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Operations leaders on high-impact, cross-functional projects that improve operations and growth
  • Support data-driven analysis to uncover opportunities in sales, marketing, and customer success (e.g., funnel performance, pipeline health, operational efficiency)
  • Develop dashboards and reporting in Looker, Salesforce, and other tools to track KPIs and inform decision-making
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses across Salesforce, Snowflake, and product data to diagnose performance drivers and recommend solutions
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes (OKRs, QBRs, WBRs) by synthesizing insights and driving alignment
  • Build business cases and success metrics for key initiatives to evaluate impact and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Data Science) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Research industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform investment priorities and strategy
