Experience with Cvent
Knowledge of onsite event technology, Events Industry, and Event lifecycles
Top Tier Customer Centric Communication (Both Verbal and Written)
Customer Success, Customer Service, Project Handling/Management

Responsibilities

Work with global team to create event registration websites and email communications using Cvent and Accenture-branded assets/templates
Configure system features and functionality for smooth event attendee registration
Ensure accuracy in task completion, deadlines, team processes, and standard operating procedures
Consult on event requirements and site features
Coordinate changes to attendees, waitlists, rooming lists, approvals, and capacities with event owner
Coordinate site testing and final sign-off with customer
Create event reporting package with updated reports
Follow communication process flow
Independently support 8-12 simple, medium, and high events at one time with consistent and quality customer support
Integrate site data with MMS (Salesforce), On24, and Touchcast
Manage event websites and registration changes
Manage post-event technology tasks (upload final participant lists, communicate web build hours/fees, complete final billing process form, close-out checklist)
Send additional rounds of invitations and communications
Send initial invitation and/or provide final site URL
Send post-event feedback surveys
Support taskforces and special projects (as assigned)
Support creation of event websites, registration, invitations, and other emailed communications per customer requirements
Update process forms in a timely manner
