Requirements

Candidates should have over 1 year of experience in business operations, partner operations, compliance operations, or a similar role within a fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS company. Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional written communication skills, and strong project management abilities are essential. Familiarity with concepts such as KYC/KYB, AML, information security controls, and vendor risk is required, along with comfort in working with legal and compliance documentation. Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, e-signature tools, and ticketing tools like Linear is necessary, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with card issuing, payment networks, cross-border payments, or stablecoins, as well as building response libraries and automating workflows, are considered desirable.

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for owning the end-to-end process of partner questionnaires, due-diligence packages, and regulatory/operational forms. This includes managing completion, submission, and tracking of these documents, ensuring accuracy, speed, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves coordinating inputs from Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams, and translating technical concepts into clear responses. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining a single source of truth, improving templates to reduce cycle time and errors, establishing reporting and dashboards for pipeline, SLAs, blockers, and renewals, and proactively communicating status updates. Additionally, the analyst will support broader BizOps functions such as process mapping, policy documentation, light analyses, contract tracking, and ad-hoc projects.
