Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide World-Class Service while assisting in closing the sale
  • Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine the direct approach with the customer base to expand sales revenue
  • Meet with new and prospective customer base directly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing team members
  • Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service and contributing to resolving customer issues
  • Answer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information
