  • Any Graduation
  • 10 to 14 years of experience
  • Insurance domain knowledge – CII course designations for UK Life & Pensions; LOMA ALMI/FLMI for US Life; Associateship designation from the Institutes; RPF/QKA from ASPPA
  • Minimum 5+ years experience of managing insurance capability creation and transition interventions
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant insurance domain
  • Knowledge of MS Office products, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually (e.g., Live Meeting, Meeting Place)
  • 12+ years of experience in UK Pension domain – with industry experience in financial services (e.g., Commercial Property, Client Admin, Investment Admin or Business Admin)
  • 2 – 3 years of work experience in transitions (managed or part of minimum 3 transitions)
  • 2 – 3 years of training or teaching experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue and reduce costs
  • Manage Talent Development processes (training and learning material delivery between instructor and learners)
  • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems
  • Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Interact primarily with direct supervisor or team leads, and generally with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance
  • Make decisions that often impact the team and occasionally impact other teams
  • Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Work in rotational shifts as required
