Position Overview

CSC Generation is reimagining how retail operates, with data at its core. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager – AI & Automation to help one of our brands transform decision-making through data, automation, and AI. This is a hands-on role for an individual passionate about identifying patterns in data and building tools like dashboards, bots, or automations to deliver insights efficiently. You will collaborate directly with a brand's CEO and senior leaders across various departments in a fast-paced environment with complex challenges and unlimited growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own, build, automate, and improve business performance dashboards.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, marketing, customer behavior, and operations data.
  • Build AI-enhanced workflows and models to support faster, better decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to diagnose business trends and develop tactical recommendations.
  • Develop lightweight tooling (scripts, automations, templates) to streamline analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate generative AI into reporting, insight generation, and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, bizops, product, or similar high-intensity roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and their integration into daily work.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com) and experience designing lightweight workflows.
  • Advanced Excel or Sheets skills.
  • SQL, Python, or data visualization skills are a plus.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, demonstrate initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • A strong desire for rapid growth, solving significant problems, and learning directly from C-level leaders.
