Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have 1-3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, bizops, product, or similar high-intensity roles. Strong grasp of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and experience integrating them into daily work is required, along with familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make.com) and experience designing lightweight workflows. Advanced Excel or Sheets skills; SQL, Python, or data visualization are preferred.
The Business Intelligence Manager – AI & Automation will own the business performance dashboard, build and automate it, and improve it. They will conduct in-depth analysis of sales, marketing, customer behavior, and operations data, build AI-enhanced workflows and models, partner with leadership to diagnose business trends and develop tactical recommendations, and develop lightweight tooling (scripts, automations, templates) to reduce analysis friction. Additionally, they will identify opportunities to embed generative AI into reporting, insight generation, and workflows.
