We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead and expand our internal reporting function. This role is crucial for driving the strategic direction and adoption of our Tableau reporting environment. You will manage a team of BI Analysts, collaborate cross-functionally to develop impactful reporting, and champion a data-informed culture. This is a hybrid manager/individual contributor (IC) role, requiring direct contribution to dashboard development alongside team leadership.
