Requirements

  • Proven experience in payments integration, cross-border payments, and banking solutions
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, ISO20022 standards, and payment schemes (including mobile wallets)
  • Familiarity with risk, compliance, and market regulations
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira/Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable leading workshops and influencing senior audiences
  • Global mindset—experience working across multiple regions preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end bank integrations for Visa Direct, from technical design through go-live
  • Act as the primary liaison between Visa and partner banks—run workshops, manage communications, and represent Visa Direct as the face of the product
  • Analyze API specifications, mandatory data fields, and compliance requirements for each market
  • Drive solutioning with treasury, compliance, and product teams to meet regulatory standards
  • Own migration projects (ISO20022 statement migration) and ensure readiness for market regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) and external partners to clarify and document requirements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups) and support backlog refinement for integration deliverables
  • Present network feature demos and integration progress to senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to standardization of integration practices across multiple markets and countries
