Requirements

2028 graduates (27届), bachelor's degree or above, information management, finance/accounting majors preferred
Proficient in Office software (especially Word formatting, Excel basic functions), knowledge of Python and VBA for data processing
Attentive and rigorous, with good communication skills, able to efficiently complete basic business support tasks assigned by the team
Interest in IT industry or consulting business, strong learning willingness, adaptable to team collaboration
Proficient in reading and writing English documents, oral communication preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing and archiving project business documents (e.g., requirements lists, initial solution drafts, customer feedback records), ensuring clear classification and easy retrieval
Handle basic entry and statistics of business data, use Excel and other tools to organize simple business reports, providing data references for the team
Assist in basic business communication with clients and partners, pass non-technical information, record requirements and feedback, and synchronize to the team
Support team's daily business affairs
Collect basic industry dynamic information (e.g., common service types in IT consulting, basic market trends), organize into simple information summaries
