Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Client Partner / Managing Partner level role, experienced in Global focusing on award-winning, culture-shaping work
  • Robust strategic skills, commercial mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong network of contacts throughout the client's organisation and the Ogilvy network
  • Very thorough knowledge of the business, market, and industry
  • Deep understanding of production, strategy, creative, and social
  • Ability to serve as the one point of contact for C-suite Global clients

Responsibilities

  • Build client relationships as a strategic partner to the most senior clients
  • Identify strategic opportunities and problem solve with the client to ensure the agency-client relationship flourishes and growth opportunities are fulfilled
  • Handle the most difficult conversations and situations to bring them to a mutually agreeable close
  • Foster and lead relationships with Media, Tech, and network partners to ensure collaboration and implement the right solutions
  • Grow the business through introducing new capabilities and innovations
  • Foresee areas of opportunities or issues and be proactive in resolving them
  • Set the tone and direction for the whole team, exhibiting enormous ambition for the work and creating conditions to fulfil that goal
  • Build partnerships with colleagues in production, strategy, and creative to foster a fruitful creative environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Social, guide the client on work in this area, and ensure best-in-class social work is presented throughout workstreams
  • Push the team in the direction of Social through knowledge sharing, process updates, and talent mapping
  • Liberate the power of the whole team, mentor and guide team and clients, act as brand guardian, and work in partnership with senior clients to navigate business challenges
  • Ensure the agency and all its capabilities are utilised to the full extent in service of client goals
  • Demonstrate a can-do, problem-solving, and culture-enhancing spirit every day to find innovative ways to solve client problems
