Responsibilities

  • Leverage sales acumen to find incremental growth opportunities for Pinterest Europe
  • Identify new acquisition opportunities using data, market research, and platform signals for high-potential agencies
  • Engage and nurture qualified leads from targeted lists via tailored outreach to activate high-value opportunities
  • Nurture future pipeline for in-quarter and out-of-quarter prospects through consistent engagement and strategic planning
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand unique agency/client needs and challenges
  • Develop and offer tailored Pinterest value propositions/solutions addressing agency/client objectives, using tools/resources for proposals/presentations
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for acquiring high-value agencies, setting goals/KPIs, and adjusting as needed
  • Lead negotiations, leverage new business offerings, overcome objections, and close deals effectively
  • Gather feedback from agencies/clients to inform acquisition development and service improvements
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential agencies and expansion areas
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies for differentiation
  • Network with key decision-makers/influencers, attend industry events/conferences, and maintain professional networks
  • Conduct client needs analysis through consultations, discovery sessions, active listening, and probing questions
