Scheduling meetings for the Account Management team
Maintaining and managing activity in Salesforce CRM
Completing email and calling tasks using Outreach sales engagement platform
Tailoring communication to align with customer needs by gaining a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences
Staying up-to-date with Workstream’s latest products and effectively communicating their value
Engaging with current customers and prospects through proactive calls and emails
Working closely with the Sales team to enhance outreach and customer communications
