Requirements

5+ years of B2B business development or technical sales experience in industrial automation, robotics, or AI-driven software
Proven track record managing long-cycle, solution-based sales with OEMs or Tier 1 manufacturers
Experience collaborating with technical teams on proposals, system demos, or proof-of-concept projects
Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute market entry strategies
Fluent in English (German, French, or other languages a plus)
