Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a Science field, and ideally have 3-5 years of clinical research experience within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO), biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device company. Strong travel capabilities and the ability to comply with ICH GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and company SOPs are also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will assist in the development of new business for Alira Health’s RCD department, primarily focusing on regulatory, clinical, biometrics, CMC, and medical strategy practices. They will demonstrate an understanding of Alira Health’s services, prepare and execute client prospects and outreach activities in the DACH region, schedule and manage client teleconferences and meetings, participate in strategic discussions, coordinate proposals and contracts, collaborate with the marketing team, track client information, assist with proposal and presentation quality control, and ensure the CRM system is kept current. Additionally, the Manager will participate in internal and client meetings, manage conflicting priorities, and perform additional duties as assigned.
