  • Define and execute business strategies with the National Sales Agent network to ensure alignment with JJMT objectives and processes
  • Establish sales goals, quotas, and forecasts; manage pipeline and performance metrics
  • Lead account segmentation and territory planning
  • Develop a business strategy that grows sales through market share gains, innovation adoption, and new market opportunities
  • Engage cross-functional partners to drive ROI-driven initiatives and maximize the effectiveness of growth plans and tactics
  • Monitor progress, extract key learnings, and initiate corrective actions with internal stakeholders and the Canadian selling force
