Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience; experience in a program office and managing complex programs is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or PMI certification required
  • Proven experience presenting to executive-level audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated leadership in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
  • Ability to commute to the Alpharetta, GA, office as needed

Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned projects on schedule and aligned with business or customer needs
  • Construct Work Breakdown Structures and utilize project management tools; familiarity with AdaptiveWork is ideal
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings; negotiate for resources and support as needed
  • Represent Customer Communication Program Management in cross-functional teams across LexisNexis Risk Solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements
  • Stay current with project management trends and best practices
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned
